So I decided to paint the other day and move some things around.  I am painting the entryway a grey color and decided to move the fish tank into the entry way, since it kinda clashes with the colors of the living room, but matches the black and grey motif of the entry way.

I made fair progress on the painting, enough to move the fish tank into the entry way.  I thought I had everything taken care of, seeings how I have moved the fish like hundreds of times.  I followed the same steps over and over again, taking great care for them since they were Allen’s.

I get everything set back up and put the fish back in…. Everything seemed fine and I went about my afternoon and evening.  Around 10:30, I walked by and all of my brothers fish that I inherited (the two remaining living ones) were, to quote Allen “suntanning”.  Yep, they died from stress.  My cheap ass fish that I can’t kill if I tried – still alive.

So with that… the legacy of my brothers fish – gone.  All that’s left is his tank.  But with that, I am taking it and making it my own. 

And the grey – looks great… hope to finish it soon!
