Am I tired of being singled out for stupid shit, when I think there are PLENTY of other problems in the hood? Damn right.

Case in point – today. I was fined $25 for weeds growing around my air conditioner not being tended to. Apparently you can see these from the street.

Big deal. Guess what? I can see people’s crappy yard, falling down fence, trash and kids playing IN the street.

Want to do something productive? Stop adding to my already shitty day… fine these jackasses and stop looking at my air conditioner.

Almost 16 months ago, you’ll recall I was in a head-on collision with a drunk driver. It was this guys second drunk driving offense – the first he received nothing for.

After talking to numerous prosecutors and waiting months for something to close, I received a letter the other day.

For his second DWI, which involved a collision totalling two vehicles head-on, he gets…

Probation.

Yup – probation. Oh, but he has to “pay” for this. To the tune of $32.00 a month for his 18month probation, in a check to me.

Wow. Glad to know $32.00 a month and a P.O. are going to keep him from getting his third.
